At the HCDO Annual General Meeting the only significant change was that John Creed was appointed the new Chairman for the County and the Men's League replacing the late Derek Bayliss.

In the Ladies League it was a disappointment that Hatfield Ladies have withdrawn from the Ladies League leaving just Six teams for the coming season.
Another change in the Ladies league the points system as been changed from two points for a win to all games to count (Best Of Nine Games ) with a bonus point for a win.
Welwyn Bees have now moved their venue to Sawbridgeworth Social Club and will play as Sawbridgeworth.
There was no changes in the Men's apart from Watford rejoining the League bringing the number of teams up to 14.
Waltham Cross have relocated to Barnet and are now called Hadley.
